 |  I originally ordered the Caberg Duke from JH and when this was received a few days later, I was unhappy with the size of the shell. Because it's a flip style the shell only comes in one size and because I only take a small size helmet, it made my head look massive.I contacted Pete and explained my predicament and advised that I was considering the Caberg V2RR instead but wanted to be sure the shell was smaller. Pete was a great help. He took the time to go to the warehouse any actually measure the shell of the helmet so that I could be sure the V2RR was smaller. Unfortunately they didn't have the V2RR in stock in the colour I wanted as it had been replaced by the VOX. I picked the design I wanted and Pete ordered this in for me and had it delivered. The Vox was much better. Once I had confirmed that I was happy with the Vox, Pete arranged for a courier to collect the Duke and return it to JH. You simply couldn't ask for better customer service. I was dubious about buying a helmet online without trying it on, but JH gave me the confidence to place my order with them and I'm glad I did. I was an awkward customer, with lots of quite obscure questions, but Pete was great and answered them all with patience. Will be back when I need a new helmet.  | When I found out that Schuberth had at last bought out a pink helmet, anyone that knows me would know I NEEDED one! I did the ring around and I have to say the service we received from Pete at Just helmets was absolutely excellent, nowhere else could beat it, the price and advice and help was invaluable.  | Superlative service at a competitive price. Pete responded to my enquiry and spent 20 minutes discussing the relative merits of the helmets I was considering and giving excellent advice without any sales pitch or pressure. When I finally placed an order some days later, Pete phoned the following day to confirm it had been dispatched and the helmet duly arrive 24 hours later. This level of personalservice from an on-line company is very unusual in my experience and I will definitely use justhelmets.co.uk again and would thoroughly recommend them to others. Oh, I nearly forgot the free delivery and the free goodies which also arrived with the helmet including a helmet care kit and head/neck warmer. Brilliant!  | Amazing to come across a company and people who demonstrate they really do care about their quality of service. I've not found any better deals out there in terms of price, and the pre-sales and post-sale service I've received has been second to none.  | A delight to find such a friendly and efficient service. The advice given was absolutely right and I am highly delighted with the Caberg Helmet and the Bluetooth device (Bluel) which works perfectly. Not stereo but certainly clear enough. Above about 5o mph win noise takes over but just loud enough to know who's calling. Wind noise on the microphone is minimal according to people who have called me.<br /> Great service, highly recommended. Definitely a favourite!  | If ever there was a shining example of how business should be conducted then Pete at Just Helmets is the person to copy. I am in no doubt that business and all return business is due to his helpfulness, knowledge of the product he is selling & what I believe to be a genuine interest in getting you just what you want, with no pressure to go for something a bit more expensive and not what you asked for in the first place, something lacking nowadays. I will be singing the praises of Just Helmets in my opinion nothing will ever beat you for service.  | Pete you My friend are a credit and great asset to Justhelmets. Rang yesterday to order the Viper RS-v131 And had a fantastic chat with Pete who was prompt and so helpful.
